Cookies Policy

  1. The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files.
  2. Cookie files (so-called ‘cookies’) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on a Website User’s final device and intended for use of the pages of the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the site they come from, their storage time on the final device and their unique number.
  3. The entity that places cookie files on the final device of a Website User and obtains access to them is the Website operator WISHER ENTERPRISE SP Z O O Warszawa 00-855, ul. Grzybowska 43, NIP: 5272639859.
  4. Cookie files are used in order to:
    a) customize web page contents to the User’s preferences and optimize the use of the web pages, in particular the files enable recognition of the Web User’s device and appropriate display of the web page, adjusted to the User’s individual needs;
    b) create statistics, which help understand how Website Users view web pages, which enables improvement of their structure and contents;
    c) maintain the Website User’s session (after logging in), owing to which the User does not have to re-enter the login or the password on each subpage of the Website;
  5. The Website uses two basic types of cookie files: ‘session cookies’ and ‘persistent cookies’. Session cookies are temporary files stored on the User’s final device until the User logs off, leaves the web page or switches off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s final device for a period specified in cookie file parameters or until they are removed by the User.
  6. The following cookie files are used by the Website:
    a) ‘necessary’ cookie files, which make it possible to use services available on the Website, e.g. authentication cookie files used for services which require authentication on the Website;
    b) ‘safety’ cookie files aimed at ensuring safety, e.g. those used for detecting fraud related to the authentication on the Website;
    c) ‘performance’ cookie files, used for collecting information on the manner in which the Website is used;
    d) ‘functional’ cookie files, which enable ‘remembering’ settings selected by the User and personalisation of the User’s interface, e.g. As regards the language chosen or the region the User comes from, the font size, the web page layout etc.;
    e) advertising cookie files, through which Users can receive advertisements  tailored to their interests.
  7. In numerous cases  the software intended for viewing web pages (a web browser) allows default storage of cookie files on the User’s final device. Website Users can any time change cookie files settings. The settings can be changed particularly in a manner that blocks automatic cookie handling in the browser settings or that provides relevant information every time a cookie file is sent to the Website User’s device. Detailed information about the possibility and the manners of handling cookie files is available in the software (web browser) settings.
  8. The Website Operator informs that limitations of the use of cookie files might affect selected functions available on the Website.
  9. Cookie files placed on a Website User’s final device can also be used by advertisers cooperating with the Website Operator and its partners.
  10. More information on cookie files is available on www.wszystkoociesteczkach.pl or in the ‘Help’ section in the web browser menu.
